ABOUT CDAA (CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Association)

CoLymph Detox Acupuncture treatment is uniquely designed to clean the colon and lymphatic system. This specialized treatment consists of holistic acupuncture treatment, comprehensive food consultation where practitioners view nutrition in a complex light that certain foods are considered to cause inflammation, while others are prized for their ability to restore the body. With extensive research through clinical experience, founder Dr. Seo successfully developed herbal series to help chronic and difficult diseases which is used in conjunction with CoLymph Detox acupuncture treatment. 

WHAT CDAA DOES

 

  • Trains health providers to an advanced, safe and individualized acupuncture protocol to treat chronic conditions, behavioral health and promote well-being.  

  • Provides education, consultation, and assistance in establishing and sustaining acupuncture services within CoLymph Detox theory.

Myung Chan "Thomas" Seo MS, L.Ac - President

Myung C. Seo is the founder and director of Thomas Acupuncture & Wellness and CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Association. His clinic specializes in colon and lymphatic detox by emphasizing on fitting to the individual needs and goal is to help patients have a healthy and restorative life, by treating the root cause of the illness or problem.

One of the treatment benefits of “CoLymph Detox” treatment is on the prevention of chronic disease with acupuncture and herbal supplements. His interesting in holistic and integrative medicine utilizing acupuncture skill led him to develop a database dedicated treatment protocol and an herbal series for chronic and difficult diseases. 

Myung graduated with his Master of Science in Acupuncture from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture, giving his over a decade of experience in his field. Additionally, he holds National Certification from the Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Ah Reum Park, MS, L.Ac

Ah Reum received a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is nationally board certified acupuncturist by the NCCAOM.

Ah Reum is certified by the CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Association (CDAA) as a CoLymph Detox specialist. She received extensive training under founder of CDAA, “Thomas” Seo and she is also specialized in the treatment of female reproductive health, fertility enhancement, postpartum, and pain management. She treats patients who are trying to conceive naturally or through the use of assisted reproductive techniques (ART) such as IUI and IVF.

Ah Reum combines her diverse background and experience to provide holistic health care and help patients to achieve wellness goals.

Minku Kang , MS, L.Ac, LMT

Minku is licensed by the Maryland State Board of Acupuncture and holds a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the South Baylo University. He also has been licensed massage therapist for 13 years and has varies certifications. He is a certified CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Specialist with the CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Association and specialized in trigger points, dry needling technique and neuromuscular therapy. Minku is a board member of CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Association and has received extensive training under Dr. Seo for 7 years. He is a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing and helping clients in the most efficient and transformative way possible. 

Dr. Da Rye Kim, D.Ac., L.Ac.


Dr. Kim graduated from The Maryland University of Integrative Health with a Doctorate of Acupuncture and is licensed by the Maryland Board of Acupuncture. Dr. Kim is certified as a CoLymph Detox specialist with the CoLymph Detox Acupuncture Association. She is fascinated by the relationship between the body and nutrition and believes that foods are like herbs and medicines that can be selected and prepared appropriately to promote, cleanse, and regulate the body. Dr. Kim also successfully completed 7 years of extensive training with founder of CDAA, Dr. Seo. She can help with a number of conditions including anxiety, sleep disorder, digestive complaints, and gynecological conditions.
She obtained her bachelor degree in Chemistry prior to studying acupuncture and has been utilizing her knowledge of chemistry to help patients understand the effects of their acupuncture treatments.
